And for our magical efforts, the FBI is gifted a get out of jail free card to spy on the Trump campaign.
Clinesmith’s guilty plea is really a denial (not !) of a non-denial (I’m guilty) instead of an old-fashioned Watergate non-denial denial ! In the immortal words of Clinesmith’s mouthpiece:

Clinesmith is the Poster Child for how Obamagate turned Watergate on its head. In Watergate the perps knew they were commiting crimes. In Obamagate, the government perps “knew” that it was the voters who would be commiting a crime! So in Obamagate, the perps allowed themselves the right to undermine our electoral democracy for their good purposes of punishing the voters’ crime; and making their own acts really no crime at all.
And the Obamagate remora chorus, the Media. Instruct us: “What we have here is [merely] a failure to communicate – accurately.” Liars all.
