Turkey has gone off the deep end. The Prime Minister of Turkey has now literally threatened military action against the U.S. if America does not let Turkey go out and occupy and repress Kurds in Syria ! Prime Minister Yidrim:
” When America stands on the side of [their Syrian Kurdish forces fighting islamic terror] in our [Turkish] war against the YPG – then we’ll also fight against America.” (his interview on German TV ARD)
It’s bad enough that they treat some 15 – 20% of their own population – the Kurds – as an occupied alien people and not as citizens. But they are now threatening the U.S. with military attack if we don’t let them do the same – occupy and repress – Kurds who are not even in Turkey, but Syria !
It’s time for America to stop being the Blind Man with the Turkish Elephant. It’s plain for the rest of the world to see that Turkey has gone off the deep end into an islamic dictatorship in democracy’s clothing.
